1. What is the warranty on your screen protectors?
All Tech Armor screen protectors have a Limited Lifetime Replacement warranty. This covers an array of issues, but the main point is that if your screen protector stops working at any time during normal use we will send you one for free with very few questions asked.

2. What screen protectors are available for my device?
Tech Armor designs screen protectors for a WIDE variety of top-selling smartphones, tablets, laptops and monitors. To see if we support your device please visit techarmor.com/ and use the search function to type in your device name and see all products sold for that device.
3. Which cases do your screen protectors work with?
All Tech Armor screen protectors work with all Tech Armor cases. For more information on our cases please visit the cases FAQ section and the “Which case is right for me” section. Since our standard, clear Ballstic Glass screen protectors are designed to cover the device screen, they generally do not interfere with third-party cases.
NOTE: Our Edge to Edge Ballistic Glass screen protectors are designed to offer the most complete coverage of your device screen. While they work perfectly with all Tech Armor cases, we cannot gaurantee their fitting to ALL 3rd-party cases.
4. Are your Ballistic Glass screen protectors compatible with 3D Touch?
Yes, we have tested and all our Ballistic Glass screen protectors are 100% compatible with 3D Touch on the new iPhone 6s/6s Plus devices. Check out this test video!
5. What is the difference between 2-Way Privacy and 4-Way Privacy screen protectors?
4-Way Privacy gives you privacy protection from all 4 angles; top, bottom, left and right. 4-Way Privacy is nice to have for phones and tablets that can be viewed in portrait or landscape modes so you get protection no matter how you’re holding the device.
2-Way Privacy protects from the left and right sides. All our Privacy Ballistic Glass is 2-Way Privacy due to the high cost and difficulty of incorporating 4-Way Privacy into a tempered glass product.

6. What is the best screen protector for outdoor use?
Our Anti-Glare screen protectors are the best to use in sunlight. The matte finish is designed to assist with reducing glare and also helps reduce fingerprints!

Do note though that the matte finish can dull the screen very slightly reducing the clarity of the device screen. This can be a deal breaker for some customers. For others they don’t mind this as the reduction in glare and fingerprints outweigh the negatives.

Do all iPhone 6/6 Plus screen protectors work for the iPhone 6s/6s Plus?
We have tested all our iPhone 6/6 Plus screen protectors with the new iPhone 6s/6s Plus and can 100% guarantee that the screens are compatible.
What is the difference between 0.2mm VS 0.3mm Ballistic Glass screen protectors?
Almost all of our Ballistic Glass screen protectors are 0.3mm. This is the standard of glass screen protection now being sold everywhere. We feel the 0.3mm thickness is a perfect combination of durability and protection but doesn’t feel too bulky and works well with other accessories. 0.2mm was recently added so that there was more choice for customers as well as to ensure compatibility with 3D Force Touch on the new iPhones.
What is the reduction in blue light with your Retina Shield screen protectors?
The reduction in harmful blue light is about 25-35%. The percentage varies +/- 3% from batch to batch of raw material but the overall reduction in blue light is very good.
How are the Edge-to-Edge screen protectors different from HD Clear Ballistic Glass screen protectors?
Our Edge-to-Edge screen protectors cover the entire surface of the devices screen including over curved edges whereas the normal HD Clear Ballistic Glass covers the only the flat surface of the devices screen. The reason the normal HD Clear Ballistic Glass cannot cover from edge-to-edge is that the edges of some devices curve away from the phone’s screen. A flat piece of glass cannot cover this curvature.
Are your Ballistic Glass screen protectors tempered glass?
Yes all our Ballistic Glass screen protectors are tempered glass. If you happened to break the screen protector, we have included a safety layer that protects you from cutting yourself on shards of glass. Simply peel off the broken screen protector and replace it with the new that we will promptly send to you.
