1. How long does it take to process orders?

We need an average of 1 business day to process your order. Orders placed on Friday will be processed on Monday as our warehouse is closed on weekends. For additional information on shipping options, please go to techarmor.com/shipping-information.

2. How do I receive updates on my order?

Please ensure you enter a valid email at check out. All orders placed with a valid email address will be sent an email containing:

  • Order Confirmation
  • Tracking Information (once your order has shipped)
  • Cancelation Instructions
  • Refund Notification

3. How do I track my order?

Please check the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you are unable to find your tracking number or need further assistance, please email us at customersupport@techarmor.com, be sure to include your name and order number so we can look up your order details faster.

Tracking Amazon Orders

1. If you can’t locate your Shipping Confirmation email, you can login to your Amazon account and go to “Your Account” in the upper right of the screen.
2. From the dropdown menu, choose “Your Orders”.

3. A list of your most recent orders will be shown- find the order containing your Tech Armor products and click “Track Package” from the available list of options (see the image here).

 

Tracking Walmart.com Orders

If your order has been shipped, click the Track My Orders/Track Order link at the top right of most Walmart.com pages, or sign into My Account to see all your order details and tracking information. (See image below)

 

 

Once you have reached the Walmart Tracking page, follow the prompts for tracking a product whether you have an established account or not. (see image)

 

Tracking Ebay Orders

You should have received tracking information in an email from Ebay. You can use this information to check the shipping status of your item on the shipping company's website.

You can also check the shipping status of your item from My eBay.

To check the shipping status of your item from My eBay:

  1. Move your mouse to “My eBay” at the upper left of your eBay webpage. (see image below)

  2. Click the Purchase History link on the left side of the page. (You may need to sign in.)
  3. Locate the item in the list. If the seller printed the shipping label using eBay or PayPal, or entered a tracking number for an item, you'll see the tracking number under the item title. Click the tracking number to see the package's shipping status.

4. How do I find my order number?

All order numbers are provided in your order confirmation email and will also be on your physical packing slip enclosed with your order. Keep your original order number safe for future replacement requests. (visit www.techarmor.com/replacements for details)

Here are some helpful tips to finding your order information:

  • If you bought from Amazon, log into your account and go to “Your Orders” (in the upper right). Find your Tech Armor order and email us your order number. All Amazon order numbers are 17 digits long. (Example: 110-1900009-1903300)
  • All Tech Armor website orders begin with the numbers “100” and are 9 digits long. Simply click "My Account" at the top of this page and login using your credentials created when placing the order. If you forgot your password, you can simply create a new one.
  • For eBay, please email us the name and email address on your order under. You can also include your eBay user name. Please note eBay only keeps orders in eBay for 90 days so we need the additional order information to find your order in our system.
  • Walmart order numbers are 13 digits and typically start with 451. Simply go to Walmart.com and click "My Account" in the upper right of the page to view all past orders.
  • We highly recommend keeping the confirmation email you received at the time of purchase, and sending this to us this when requesting a replacement. This is the easiest way to keep track of your order information.

5. How do I cancel my order?

Once your order is in the processing queue we are unable to change any information or cancel the order. In these cases, you are able to return the item back to us for a full refund provided the item is returned unopened and in sellable condition, please see our return policy at https://www.techarmor.com/warranties-replacements-refunds

How do I enter a discount/promo code?

Entering a discount code on our website:

1. Add the desired item/items to your cart.

2. Your Shopping Cart follows you around wherever you go in the upper right of the website and you may click that at any point in your shopping experience (or you can go straight to checkout by clicking "Checkout" underneath the cart)

3. In the “Order Review” section of the checkout page you will see a field labeled “Discount Codes”. Type the promo code in here and click “Apply Coupon”.

4. If you skipped directly to the checkout page, you have the option of inserting your promo code before placing the order.

5. The new, reduced total will be reflected in your cart! You will have the option to edit your order before fully committing to the purchase. When ready, click “Place Order” and your discounted Tech Armor gear is on its way!

Entering a discount code on Amazon:

Add the desired item/items to your cart and proceed to checkout.

After establishing your Shipping Address you will be directed to “Choose a payment method”. In this section you will see a field labeled “Add a gift card or promotion code”. Type the promo code in here and click “Apply”.

The new, reduced total will be reflected in your Order Summary! You will have the option to edit your order before fully committing to the purchase. When ready, click “Place Your Order” and your discounted Tech Armor gear is on its way! NOTE: Please make sure you are NOT ordering using the 1-click order method from Amazon as you may bypass the step that includes promo code entry.

What do I do if I bought the incorrect product?

If you incorrectly purchased the wrong product, you are able to return the item back to us for a full refund provided the item is returned unopened and in sellable condition. Please initiate a refund by contacting us at customersupport@techarmor.com then make another purchase of the correct product you’re seeking.

Can I call to place an order?
